REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our guarantee.  We are very passionate about what we do and we want you to love your jewelry.  

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns for the following and all items must be in unworn/unused condition:

  • Incorrect or damaged/defective items
  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of placing an order.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery, in new unworn condition.

Due to the nature of these items (unless they arrive incorrect, damaged or defective) we can't accept returns for the following:

  • Custom engraved or personalized orders
  • Items on sale or promotion
  • Please contact us if you have any problems with your order 
  • Worn or used jewelry 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and ship items back within 7 days of delivery, in new unworn condition and we will definitely make it right.  

All damaged or incorrect items must be in unworn condition in order to be replaced.
