CANCELLATIONS
PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
Cancellation requests for personalized items must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Due to the speed of our production process, cancellations cannot be made after this window. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure a fast and seamless delivery experience.
NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
Non-personalized orders are processed immediately after being placed and cannot be canceled once confirmed. You may submit a return request after your order has been delivered.
RETURNS:
PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
Due to their custom nature, personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Each piece is uniquely made just for you.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer care team at miorhidesigns@gmail.com, and we will work with you to make it right.
Please note: Once a personalized order is placed, modifications or edits cannot be guaranteed.
NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
We accept returns or exchanges on non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted
Please note: We do not currently accept international returns. All international orders are final sale.
EXCHANGES:
We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase for non-personalized items.
- Personalized items are not eligible for exchange
- Your original item must be returned before a replacement is issued
- Please contact us prior to returning your item and include a clear photo
If there is a price difference:
- You will either be charged the difference or refunded/store credited accordingly
If an exchange is not suitable, our customer care team will assist in finding the best alternative solution.
REFUNDS:
- Items purchased on sale or with promo/discount codes are considered final sale
- These items are eligible for exchange or store credit only
Refunds are only issued when:
- An exchange or store credit is not suitable
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
STORE CREDIT:
Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card for the item value only (excluding shipping).
- Must be requested within 30 days
- Not available after the 30-day window
30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
If you are not fully satisfied with your non-personalized item:
- You may return it for an exchange or store credit
- A refund may be issued only if no other resolution is suitable
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Size, color, or variant changes qualify for exchange or store credit only
- Incorrect or defective items will be replaced at no cost (photo proof may be required)
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately at miorhidesigns@gmail.com
- A replacement will be shipped at no cost
- Photo verification may be required
MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
GIFTS:
- If marked as a gift, you will receive store credit for the return value
- If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser
RETURN SHIPPING:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

You will receive return instructions within 2–5 business days.
