REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATIONS
Personalized Items:
Cancellation requests for personalized items must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Due to the efficiency of our production process, we are unable to cancel orders after this timeframe. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.
Non-Personalized Items:
Orders begin processing immediately after being placed. Once confirmed, they cannot be canceled. If needed, you may submit a return request after your item has been delivered.
RETURNS
Personalized Items:
All personalized pieces are custom made and therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges. Each item is uniquely created just for you.
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
If you are not fully satisfied, please contact our customer service team at miorhidesigns@gmail.com, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Please note: Once production begins, we cannot accommodate edits or changes to personalized orders.
Non Personalized Items:
You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
At this time, international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges on non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase.
• Personalized items are not eligible for exchange
• Original items must be returned before a replacement is issued
• Please contact us first and provide a clear photo of the item
If there is a price difference, the balance will be adjusted accordingly (refund or additional charge).
If this option does not meet your needs, our customer care team will assist in finding a suitable solution.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect
Refunds
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds
• Orders placed using promo or discount codes qualify for exchange or store credit only
• Refunds will not be issued for discounted purchases
STORE CREDIT
Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card for the item value (excluding shipping).
Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
• Returns due to sizing, color, or style preference qualify for exchange or store credit only
• Incorrect items will be replaced at no cost (photo proof may be required)
• Damaged items caused by our error will be replaced at no cost (photo proof may be required)
If you are not satisfied, you may return your item for an exchange or store credit. A full refund will only be issued if no alternative resolution is suitable.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement free of charge. Photo verification may be required.
MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund has not been received:
1. Recheck your bank account
2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
3. Contact your bank
GIFTS
• If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit
• If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping may be deducted from your refund
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns.
