How long does it take to make custom jewelry?
Personalized items currently take 4-5 weeks to produce and ship. These items are truly handmade by our team and take a lot of time and care to perfect.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our facility, based in the United States - from California.
What are your shipping times?

Can I get a refund?
At this time, Miorhi Designs does not process refunds unless an order cancellation was requested. You must request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. To cancel, please contact us.
My custom order is taking too long, can I cancel?
At this time, Miorhi Designs does not allow cancellations or returns for customized items that have already been processed in production. You must request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order to qualify for a refund. All personalized pieces are handmade and take 4-5 weeks to complete prior to shipping.
