CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Personalized items:
You may cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
Non-personalized items:
Orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once confirmed. You may request a return after delivery.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS?
No. All personalized items are final sale since they are custom-made just for you.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us at miorhidesigns@gmail.com.
CAN I RETURN NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS?
Yes. Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- Must be in original condition
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Yes, within 30 days for non-personalized items only.
- Personalized items are not eligible
- Your original item must be returned first
- Price differences will be adjusted accordingly
ARE SALE ITEMS REFUNDABLE?
No. Items purchased with:
- Promo codes
- Discount codes
- Sitewide sales
Are considered final sale and are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
WHAT IS YOUR 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
If you're not fully satisfied:
- You may return your item for an exchange or store credit
- Refunds are only issued if no other solution is suitable
WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG OR A DAMAGED ITEM?
We've got you covered.
If your item is:
- Incorrect
- Damaged
- Defective
We will send a replacement free of charge.
Photo proof may be required.

Refunds are issued only when:
- An item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- An exchange or store credit is not suitable
WHAT IS STORE CREDIT?
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card for the item value (excluding shipping).
- Must be requested within 30 days
- Cannot be issued after 30 days
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
At this time, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend tracked shipping for items over $75

- Reason for return
You'll receive instructions within 2–5 business days.
WHAT IF MY REFUND HASN'T BEEN RECEIVED?

- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
Processing times may vary.
CAN I RETURN A GIFT?
If your item was marked as a gift:
- You'll receive store credit
If not:
- The refund will go to the original purchaser
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes:
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
Partial refunds may apply for:
- Items not in original condition
- Damaged items not due to our error
- Returns made after 30 days

You can track your order in real time by visiting your order status page simply click the link in your shipping confirmation email or sign into your account.
Please keep in mind: personalized pieces are crafted just for you and typically require 1–3 weeks for production before shipping. In stock items usually ship within 1 business day.
