SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES:

Ready-to-Ship Items: Typically ship within 1-3 days.
Personalized Items: Currently require 2–3 weeks for production.

Please note: Our estimated turnaround times are guidelines, not guarantees, as order volumes can fluctuate throughout the day. Each item is handmade with care by our team, ensuring quality over speed.

Important: Once your order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check your items and shipping address before submitting your order. Most personalization options are case-sensitive.

SHIPPING RATES:

Domestic: Free shipping on orders over $50 Expedited shipping at checkout may incur additional charges. Standard domestic shipments are sent via USPS and are fully tracked.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

United States: USPS Standard [4–7 business days]
Priority & Expedited Shipping: Available only for ready-to-ship items. Orders including personalized or made-to-order items will not show express shipping options.
International: Shipments use the most economical method available based on location. Delivery estimates:

Canada: Canada Post [7–14 days]
United Kingdom: Royal Mail [5–10 days]
Australia: Australia Post [7–14 days]
Europe: Local Shipping Provider [8–12 days]
Other: Local Shipping Provider [7–14 days]

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. For lost or damaged packages, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

ORDER TRACKING:

After placing your order, you’ll receive updates via email every step of the way.

When your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order until it arrives.
