Shipping policy
PRODUCTION TIME
Orders are usually processed and ready to ship within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders during holidays or promotions, these processing times may be extended to 5-7 business days.
Miorhi Designs does not offer expedited processing services unless specifically requested to rush an order. Once an order has left our facility, your selected shipping speed will be applied via USPS and USPS will strive to deliver your package within your selected timeframe.
Miorhi Designs is not responsible for unforeseen USPS delays during the transit of the package(weather, COVID-19, operations, truck breakdowns, improper handling). Please file a complaint with USPS Customer Support here.

PLEASE NOTE:
- A "Business Day" is considered to be: Monday - Friday (Excluding Holidays, Weekends)
- Once an order is shipped, an automatic email notification with a tracking number is sent immediately.
- Please keep in mind that if Priority USPS method is chosen, this does not expedite Miorhi Designs processing times.
- Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update, once you receive a tracking number.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders can take up to 2-3 weeks before completion.
Once custom orders are in production, they cannot be cancelled nor returned. These items are handmade by our design team and take a lot of time and care to perfect.
