SHIPPING:

Orders are usually processed and ready to ship within 2-5 business days after the order is placed.  If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders during holidays or promotions, these processing times may be extended to 5-7 business days.

Miorhi Designs does not offer expedited processing services unless specifically requested to rush an order.  Once an order has left our facility, your selected shipping speed will be applied via USPS and USPS will strive to deliver your package within your selected timeframe.

Miorhi Designs is not responsible for unforeseen USPS delays during the transit of the package(weather, COVID-19, operations, truck breakdowns, improper handling).  Please file a complaint with USPS Customer Support.

Note: It generally takes 3-8 business days (Processing + Shipping) after the order date to receive your order.

When you check out, you will get a shipping estimate based off of the service you select.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

All custom orders can take up to 2-3 weeks before completion.

Once custom orders are in production, they cannot be cancelled nor returned.  These items are handmade by our design team and take a lot of time and care to perfect.

Business days includes Monday - Friday and does not include Holidays, weekends or customized orders.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES:

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Typically ship within 1-3 days.
• Personalized Items: Currently require 2–3 weeks for production.

• Domestic: Free shipping on orders over $35. Expedited shipping at checkout may incur additional charges. Standard domestic shipments are sent via USPS and are fully tracked.

• Priority & Expedited Shipping: Available only for ready-to-ship items. Orders including personalized or made-to-order items will not show express shipping options.

When your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order until it arrives.

Baths, showers, and excess suds can harm your personalized jewelry. Chemicals in soaps and shampoos may leave a film on metals, dulling the shine of your necklace, bracelet, or rings.

All of our gold and rose gold pieces are finished with 18k gold or 18k rose gold plating, using only high-quality metals for every design. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, each piece is crafted with a 316L stainless steel base.

Our stainless steel jewelry is designed to be water resistant and tarnish resistant. It is also hypoallergenic and built for long lasting wear resisting fading, rust, corrosion, and discoloration over time.
