Orders are usually processed and ready to ship within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders during holidays or promotions, these processing times may be extended to 5-7 business days.
Miorhi Designs does not offer expedited processing services unless specifically requested to rush an order. Once an order has left our facility, your selected shipping speed will be applied via USPS and USPS will strive to deliver your package within your selected timeframe.
Miorhi Designs is not responsible for unforeseen USPS delays during the transit of the package(weather, COVID-19, operations, truck breakdowns, improper handling). Please file a complaint with USPS Customer Support here.

All orders are shipped via USPS.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders can take up to 2-3 weeks before completion.
Once custom orders are in production, they cannot be cancelled nor returned. These items are handmade by our design team and take a lot of time and care to perfect.
Business days includes Monday - Friday and does not include Holidays, weekends or customized orders.
